for me, I did veggie juice fasting while doing the PB. Just a 3 day fast, you will see the difference. You will have the 'plague' out. Make sure you do enemas while juice fasting to get rid of the debris - since most people have a hard time eliminating when not consuming solid food. Though for me I still had one normal bowel before the enema daily. After I stop fasting (eating vegetarian diet), I still have the plague out for several more days and it stopped when I stopped the PB... and that's when the doubt came, if the 'plague' is actually the formation of the PB.

If you take Oxypowder , you may miss the fun of seeing the plague - because Oxypowder is known to liquify everything.
