Firstly is the okra pepsin safe to take and is it available in the UK? Apart from this and generally a good diet (which I already undertake) is there anything else I can specifically do? (I'd prefer not go down the accuptunturist root).

As well as coated tongue I have chronic nasal congestion, and always coughing up excess mucous as well as chronic fatigue? Could these things all be related and again what else can I physically do?
