I personally do not believe mucoid plaque exists. I believe what people see passing is a mixture of psyllium and bentonite. Like you stated, if it exists why isn't it seen in the colonoscopy? However, I do believe P & B shakes serve a good cleansing purpose. They trap the toxins in the bowel and carry them out.
