hi,
still working at IT,have been on and of for 2 years now.
Don't let this discourage you,its my own fault I'm sure,
my trouble is; having a hard time to do anything consistently,
plus impatient,plus sometimes fed up with all the protocals.
My back to health-path so far has been;a few days ,few weeks
I've been good,(no cheating)and then I cave in,and eat cookies,
chocolate,boiled eggs,etc.,(never meat though)throwing it all
away again?I'm getting better at it though,and this time,I'm
determent to get it out and over with,the bowel part that is.
Found this site resently,and trying to stick with it!
