Thank-God you mentioned the capsules. The capsules are a better idea for me. Is Epsom Salt a longterm solution or just a short term solution to flush?

Are enemas messy? Uncomfortable?

Holostic Horizon is very cheap compared to all the other products that i have seen.

What herbs do you know of that soften the fecal matter for easy removal?
