No, I haven't tried either of these...don't need to. With proper diet, hydration, fiber, oils probiotics and exercise...I'm pretty regular. I travel extensively for work and sometimes have a bit of difficulty...especially if I take more than 2 flights in a week and haven't drunk enough water. (Plane cabin air is terribly deydrating!) I will take a good dose of Natural Calm (powdered magnesium) and it clears me out. You can do the same with Epsom Salts and for cheaper...but I don't like the taste. *gag*
I just answered another question of yours about fibroids. Given the size of your fibroid this may be causing the constipation. When I was performing colonics I had several clients that would see me regularly for colonics because their fibroids were interferring with their colon functioning. IT IS NOT HEALTY TO HAVE 3 BOWEL MOVEMENTS A MONTH! THAT IS A LOT OF TOXIC BUILD-UP!!! You might consider a series of colonics or at least do regular enemas at home to get things moving. These options are safer than taking any long-term product...and definitely avoid any fiber cleanses as long as you have the fibroid. Go with colonics or enemas and use the magnesium or Epsom Salts on occasion to really flush you out. You don't want to take anything long-term that will produce diarrhea because it will result in loss of nutrients and electrolyte imbalance.
