Queastion for anyone here who completed the 7 day Oxypowder cleanse.

1. How did you feel after the cleanse?
2. how long did the effects of cleanse last? in other words, when do we need our next cleanse.
3. Do normal BM's return after the cleanse.
4. What kind of maintainance do you do?
