You will get different views on this forum since everyone has so their preference.
Since I like Andreas Moritz views on this I use Oxypowder and am very happy with it.

The Oxypowder is not like a magnesium laxative (Milk of Magnesia) which works by pulling water into the intestines. In the Oxypowder the magnesium is not absorbed but used as matrix to which the oxygen can be bound so the oxygen can get into the intestines, which then will turn the fecal matter into liquid. I like the fact when the intestines are clean the oxygen will be used by the rest of the body.
As it is when I don't use the oxypowder I have been adding oxygen through food grade H202 to my body. I just started scanning my oxygen book again and they mention germanium too, but I have to go back to still read what they have to say.
So my suggestion is read everything and then decide what will work for you.
