Thanks for your extremely informative reply! I seriously appreciate your time (and your knowledge & experience!)

I wish I wasn't slammed for time (and I really am), because I have a bunch of questions to ask ya (so I can get this all arranged in my mind correctly). Even though I'm a LONG way from having your experience/expertise, I have assisted at least 50 (probably a lot more) through colon cleansing in the past few decades. And SO many of them became a bit constipated after using herb/fiber combinations...but all they had to do was just relieve the immediate constipation (small dose of Epsom Salts , maybe even an enema or colonic), and in all cases but one I ever saw that experienced constipation after a fiber/herb cleanse, they all returned to "better and stronger than before the cleanse" after a few days (which good diet/hydration, of course...a couple got really stopped up by not drinking enough water...grrr).

So, now I'm a bit cornfused :( I'm not trying to say you're wrong in any way; I'm just wanting to explain how I got to thinkin' the way I've been thinking...and hoping we'll be able to have a great thread here, filled with tons of good knowledge and learning (for me, and for others).

Anyway, (sheesh, i HATE the clock), I'll be trying to put together a few good questions by tomorrow sometime, and hoping you'll help me sort it all out.

Thanks again...it's a bit tough on the ego sometimes to unlearn and relearn, but it ALWAYS makes me a better woman/person - and I'm 100% thankful for that :)
