I have always wondered why people take the long route to say to drink one half of your body weight in ounces when saying to drink 3% of your body weight is easier. I am not arguing with you. I just wonder why nobody just says to drink 3% of your body weight in water. It sure would help the Europeans that measure in kilograms.
