I've been drinking more water.
More in the morning then though out the day but more none the less.
I'm suprised I don't have water comping out of my ears.
I'm at 10 caps should I up it to 12?
The morning after taking 8 I had 2 long continuious watery BM's the first one was longer then the second that was it for the day.
Lastnught I took 10 caps, I had more BM's but not as large.
I go alot in the morning and by afternoon I don't go that much just little squirts, more like wet farts.
