I would suggest you call the place and talk to a colonic therapist. I guess part of it would depend on how heavy your flow is, what kind of product you use to absorb the flow, and how bloated you are. Also, they may have some policies about that. Since I understand that most colonic clinics have compete privacy, some even allow the client to insert the tip, there shouldn't be too much of a problem, but you need to check with them to know for sure.
