Well, it seems there are a lot of conflicting views regarding what cleanser really cleanses the intestines/etc. So I figure I'll try both an herbal cleanse and Oxypowder . Also, regarding probiotics, I've heard others say it gets them moving normally, so that may be enough. I'll just have to wait and see, though.
