I did a master cleanse for 20 days and was really happy that I FINALLY decided to do something for myself (because I have felt very bad for many years).
Since the cleanse ended and I "broke" it properly (with vegtable soup) ..ever after that I have been quite constipated. I have been eating good foods (no candy, caffeine, empty calorie things) but still I feel plugged up and have gone for several days with no BM. Today I am having some smooth move tea, but thus far nothing.

I have spent a couple hours reading here at curezone to figure out what to do for myself. I am taking probiotics.
I sent off for some Oxypowder (looking forward to trying that but it will be days before it gets here).

I just don't have any idea if I should do liver flush, Oxypowder , blessed herbs (colon cleanse)..enemas, colonics, ozonated water..what!

I am betting that if there is "such a thing" as "impacted" bowel I have had it for years. I have/had a really big belly and after The Master Cleanse it was quite improved.

Can anyone shed some light on what my course of action should be? I am so confused.
