Wow, so you finished the Master Phase? Did you fast on water or juice?

During the cleanse, did you ever expel the psyllium and Bentonite in the first 3 weeks/phases, or just the last week/phase?

A fast by itself, I've read, can do wonders. I'm cautious about doing herbal cleanses because the herbs are laxatives and you can become independent. I also read that Andreas Moritz said they can injure the tiny villi in the small intestines. Maybe keep us updated on how everything is post-cleanse?

I'm amazed you went through that whole month cleanse. That is truly amazing. Do you think this is the only Bowel Cleanse you'll have to go through? Is the 28 day cleanse meant to remove everything if not most?
