I am still doing it, I will start replacing a meal with fresh juice and raw egg, I have read that the uncooked yolks are highly nutritous. I will just keep on going with this, I suppose slow is better than nothing, lol!
The onion layer idea is very familiar, my homeopath explains healing like that to me.
