Hi newbe:

# 1. Everybody is different, what works for one person may not work for the next.
# 2. Are you following your shake with an additional glas of water?
# 3. Are you staying away from food 1 1/2 hour before and after shakes?
# 4. You may need to take a herbal laxative as well, thats ok.
# 5. I do a daily coffee enema with my shake routine. It works magic.
# 6. For coffee enema: 1 level tabl. spoon coffee (organic if you can) to 1 1/2 quarts of boiling water. I lay on my back in the bath tub, works really well. I use a bed pan on the bath room floor for better expulsion. Good Luck, Giz.
