P - I was thinking the same as you...that I didn't have much buid up. I guess it's possible. My morning BM on Oxypowder is darkish and it does have an odor but I wouldn't describe it as a "knock you out" type of odor! :) I've had worse smelling BM's when not cleansing! I've had a pretty poor diet for many years (until recently) but I have always had 2-3 regular BMs per day...on occassion I may have become constipated but it's rare and usually sorts itself out by the next day. Perhaps that's why I'm not as "dirty" as I thought I might be. hmmm...

Anyway, thanks! I'll just finish off this round of Oxypowder and see what happens!
