We have a trampoline and my son use to bounce a lot, but doesn't do it that much anymore. I started skin brushing the other night and going by my Dr. Schultz book, he says to SCRUB. My son doesn't like the SCRUB, so should I do is gently?

I have some of the things Dr. Schulze recommends for his cleanse, but none are the formula for children. Could I use some of them?

Do you think psyllium could be used as a mild laxative?
