I have the Makers Diet book but it seems hard to find some of the items, and I don't have a goat. ;) I have bought them goat milk in the dairy case at Walmart, but some have suggest that I not give him any milk. I have been giving him soymilk and someone suggested I not do that either. I have been focusing on more fruits. He is so picky, so it's mostly grapes and oranges. Breakfast is a problem with my son because he wants cereal. What does you daughter eat for breakfast?

Where could I find the kombucha tea and the apple pectin pills? Also what's the apple pectin for?

You knew I would ask... what is classical homeopathy? I give him homepathic allergy pills, but haven't seen any results.
