I never did a colonic, but I did buy a colema board so you can do it home. But I never use the board anymore.
I find it easier to use the Oxypowder . If you don't want to use the oxy, I also have used 1 tsp epsom 3 evenings before. Just to preclean.
Instead of applejuice I used to use the applecider vinegar, I think he mentions it in his book. You can also use cranberry juice. Malic acid pills you can buy in the healthfood store.
More important to do the flush than to keep worrying.
