Thanks hanna, i am definatley going to do the liver flush, i have andreas book timeless secrets and i'm working my way through it, very interesting!!
I think the thing holding me back from the Liver Flush is the colonic hydrotherapy andreas recommends before and after the Liver Flush as i can not afford to do this :(
I know that if some stones get stuck my Acne could get much worse and i am scared about that.
Another problem is i have just finished a candida program where i have killed off most of it and i would not like to risk drinking apple juice every day for a week as this may make the candida worse again.
I know andreas says i could use malic acid, so i'm toying between using the malic acid or just going for the apple juice as this seems to have best effect ?


i know also that stress makes the mind worse and thus the body, i have been off work for two day partly because i felt ill may be from feeling depressed, but mostly because i can not face going to work with Acne anymore, i know i need to control these thoughts as andreas believes alot in the mind causing illnesses and i think my mind maybe making my Acne worse but it is a vicouse circle !
