I too will not give up meat. Tried for years and got sick, too low of cholesterol, candida, excess estrogen, and hypoglycemia. I now only eat natural grass-fed no hormones etc beef and wild fish with low mercury. Orgainc grassfed raw dairy.

I have done several Bowel Cleanses (this is my first P&B) with no problems. In fact I am better since I can fast now, and dont' feel like I am feeding the candida like I was.

Have you read Nourishing Traditions? Good book!
