They are similar Andreas Moritz suggests either of them. I always used Oxypowder since they were the first ones to come out with capsules. Colosan used to be only powder and you had to mix it. Colosan seems to have now a capsule too called oxyflush.
You can check Wren's blog she uses colosan.
One lady wrote she tried both and she did better with the Oxypowder , but of course that is something personal.
