For me I felt like I had no lasting energy. Just sperts of energy. Then crashing. Sort of like after having coffee with caffeine. But I would feel like that all day. I would also feel faint. Sounds like you dont have this problem and are ok. I dont know much about how to remedy it. My naturopath released it for me so I didnt have to worry about it. But she did say mollassas in an enema would do the trick. It adds back in the minerals you need.
