Okay, yesterday at 6pm I took some Epsom Salt with water. An hour later a little came out. It was a very thick consistency black thing about the size of a 50 cent piece. Eeeeewww! But that was it. So later I drank a cup of Kleri Tea because that always made me go first thing the next morning.

I've felt rumbling in my tummy during the night. It's now 6:45am and I haven't gone to the bathroom yet. I feel like I may. I'm now starting to feel bloated and full. So, in case I don't 'go' soon, what can I do to unblock it?? Epsom salt, IF1, enema, or all the above? And to make sure that this won't happen again, should I take the IF1 more than once a day or what?

I drank all my water yesterday and will every day from here on out. :) I would want you to have to squeeze your bod through my monitor! LOL!
