And that doesn't sound even the slightest bit crazy to me!!!!

coffee enemas clean the colon, the bloodstream, and detoxify the liver. It makes absolute sense that you'd utilize that time for meditation. I know two people personally (and have read of MANY others) that use that time to "center", meditate, relax, "flush their emotions", pray, light candles, play music, and all sorts of wonderfully spiritual and uplifting things.

Once I've done more, and can depend upon not accidentally releasing, I will definitely consider using the time I cleanse my body to cleanse my soul & spirit. It's just that right now, that cold, hard bathtub isn't the best place to "attain peace" lol!
