Such a great message! Thank you. I was introduced this practice by a friend of my sister's who really believed the coffee enemas were the "fountain of youth." The blast from the caffeine isn't what I miss, but rather, and this may sound nutty, but it had become my sort of spiritual practice...those 15 minutes of holding the coffee was really a meditation.

(I just read what I wrote, and it sounds pretty crazy)
