But I couldn't think of any place else to!

Anyway, here's my "problem," it is one:

I just got back from teh bathroom, and noticed I'd passed some leaves of lettuce---from a salad I ate on Thursday night. Now, since Thursday night, I've have 4 BM's, so I found this particularly weird! Not to mention, they were some pretty big pieces.

I first guess was---I gotta chew better when I eat. My 2nd impression was---how in the heck did it go through my entire tract without getting broken down by enzymes and such?

Anyone have any ideas on what may be wrong? For what its worth, I started the B&P shakes yesterday morning (I'm on Clark's Parastie Cleanse right now) but I don't think I need to do them every day, maybe just every other day or so.
