Hey Uniquity,
I'm doing great!! I'm feeling better, except for the sinus infection which is probably toxins coming out. I have more energy!!

I started the IF2 yesterday, 3 times I took 5 pills. Not much came out this morning. But it was really dark, very loose stools. This afternoon a little came out. Hopefully within 4 or 5 days more 'stuff' will be coming out.
