I've had between 2-4 bowel movements daily FOR DECADES, and when I did the IF#2 portion of Schulze's Bowel Cleanse for a week, I pooped out EIGHT pounds of junk (a weight loss that stayed "lost")...and when I did it again a few months later for a few days, I lost four pounds. Idid

Even those with the cleanest and healthiest of colons, usually do some type of "maintenance cleanse" at least a couple of times yearly.
