Thanks.... I have read up on that but it just seems too time consuming for me right now.. I am doing a 7 day total nutritional cleanse with RevitalX & Detoxitech and I am now 3 days down and feeling good and have lost about 4 pounds.The lady at the herb store recommended this to me as she had done it herself and thought highly of it and since I am on blood pressure pills and xanax for panic/anxiety attacks she thought it would help me with that...It is for everything(toxins/heavy metals/bowels,kidneys)....I sure hope it works for me..... thanks again though and I will keep that in mind ..
