Hey,

I also got the worst menstrual cramps of my life after taking Oxypowder for the second time (second bottle)... but I am 99% sure that that is simply because OP is magnesium, and mentrual cramps can result from a distorted calcium/magnesium ratio. I think the key is to balance all that magnesium with calcium.

Just thought I'd mention that.
