hey thanks for replying to my message .. I will definately try that .I might google raw diet and see what comes up.. I have heard of the macrobiotic diet too but not really sure what that is all about .I love my meat dont get me wrong but I dont have to have it. I love veggies even more... I could do without them myself but I have to cook for the hubby ya know and he doesnt eat right at all and it makes it hard on me to cook 2 dif meals at a time if not virtually impossible.Oh well enough of my whining .. all I can do is the best I can do and try to make a bad situation better...and I am a stubborn gal so I will prevail..I am working on getting educated about all this stuff and education is the key .thanks a bunch for the info and taking the time to answer my post so quickly ..
