morning everything "exploded" out, so I feel fine now. So I'll continue with the Oxypowder for a couple of weeks and then try the shakes once a day to see how it goes. I would have loved to see these famous "ropes" though, and you don't with Oxypowder because everything is liquified. I don't even know if Oxypowder gets the ropes out because you would expect things to be black (not brown). But I have to do something because I know I'm clogged up. Oh, it's a puzzlement!
