sorry to scare you. i cant really thlink of a better way to go. herbal laxatives are not as bad as pharmacutials. if your not using them often they are safe. im sure your not too hungry. definatly avoid eating any mik products, bread, pasta, or anything consipating. drink lots of water. how were your bms befor the cleanse?
