i have confidence in the Bentonite clay and the psyllium for that matter. i have confidence that there are toxins being taken out of my body so i will continue with the cleanse. but you really should try this out. there was no liquid consistancy whatsoever in the glass. i pured water on top of the stuff in the glass and it just sat there. this stuff was so solidified water couldnt permeate it. its kinda hard to explain so bear with me. im now convinced that 99 percent of the roppy stuff is psyllium.lol
