i started a psyllium Bentonite cleans two days ago. i wanted to see the ropelike rubbery mucoid plaque stuff. and i did. it was only on day two. then i started thinking. i went and put one table spoon of psyllium and one teaspoon of Bentonite clay in an 8oz glass (that makes one dose of the cleansing drink),and let is sit on the counter for one hr. for anyone doing the cleanse or thinking of doing the cleanse, i recommend doing the same. i was astonished and saddened by what i saw. one tablespoon of pysillium swelled and took the entire form of the 8 once glass. imagine taking 3 to 5 of these cleansing drinks a day. that makes alot of "intestinal casts" a day. all of those pics of intestinal "mucoid plaque" is just the psyllium swelling and coagulating inside the intestines. im very upset about this for i have heard alot about mucoid plaque and i feel lied to. i urge anyone else to do the same simple thing i did and see for your self. good luck.
