My son just turned 3. He does not seem to be regular. He seems to get a cough and get congested, and when he does this he does not go to the bathroom very much. He is going through this right now and He has only had 2 bowl movements in the last 5 days. We do not eat refined foods, he drinks lots of water, lots of fruits, not too much dairy(only raw milk and cheese). Does anyone have any suggestion?
