Uniquity raised some very good questions. I believe that this is rare during a cleanse; IMHO.

To add to what Uniquity said, you can also get a colonic. That will definitely get it out and moving. You can look in your local yellow pages or even look here: http://colonhealth.net/therapist_search/search.htm
