Thanks, and after reading your mini-rant I may go for the juice even if my dear old "Captain Crunch" doesn't 100% agree. I have to do something, especially after Christmas dinner tomorrow. (I'll try to be good, but this is family and they eat more meat in a day than I do in a week). I have two juicers, one is still in the box, not the $2000.00 dollar variety, but still good enough. Shulze and juice and Barleans Greens, Oh my, I should be doing cartwheels down the Yellow Brick Road. Now if these inflamed nerves would settle down. Oh well, time to hobble over to job #2; luckily this is respite care in a private home instead of the public sector insanity I usually deal with, so things will be easier I hope. My little lady is a handful sometimes (and a sugarholic too).
