Thanks, I'll look into this. I have given my self the first four months of the year to try and get as healthy as I can, and do the therapy my Chiropractor does. That will also hopefully give me time to save up enough money to meet my insurance deductible. Then I need to get new x-rays and possibly a MRI. I would rather avoid surgery and I do not want to go on steroids (what my former pill pushin' doc. loves to prescribe). However, I cannot continue with this degree of pain much longer. I'll look into Dr. Jho and save his website in my favorites for future reference.
