Thats fantastic!! Glade to see the Bowel Cleanse is producing real results for you. Did one myself for the first time earlier in the year for about a month & got the same ropes you described! Its times like that you realise how much junk you've been carrying around for year & the benefits of releasing it are fantastic!

Just started a new Bowel Cleanse myself as having done some reading on these great forums I now realise I didn't do the original cleanse properly! The product I'm using this time is Lepicol which contains Psyllium Husk & Acidophillus (to replace the good bacteria). Using a desert spoon twice per day half hour before or after meals. I also take some to work with me in an air tight container! I'm aiming to use this stuff for 3 months solid as I seriously need a solid detox (I work in an engineering enviroment hence metalic dust particals etc.)

I've also been doing Liver Flushes which I've been photo documenting & recently reached 1500 stones!! Have stoped the flushes for the time being though & now concentrating on Bowel Cleanses & kidney cleanse tea ( http://presentmoment.com/ ). Gotta get the kidneys cleansing the blood to the max & the bowels strong, efficient & pink!!! Also started taking colloidal minerals too.

Would appreciate opinions on my mentioned Bowel Cleanse program as I haven't had time to get a book on it yet!

Would also appreciate opinions on the kidney cleanse tea & how well its worked for others!!

All this stuff really does work!!!!!!!!!
