Hi, I noticed on one of your forums you had mentioned Robert Gray's cleanse. I have been on his program for 3 weeks and just went up to a level that I am taking a dosage with every meal. I noticed that I am getting some undigested food. Also, the is a strong smell of ammonia in my urine, possibly indicating that muscle tissue is breaking down. I was worried that the Intestinal Bulking agent was trapping my food and not allowing it to be digested, so my body is catabolizing itself to get energy. I also noticed that the P&B Shakes say “The shakes MUST be taken on an empty stomach....at least one hour away from food on either side”. Is this because they affect digestion? Or for some other reason? Thanks is catabolzing itself to get energy.
