Once in awhile I don't use it to make sure that everything is still working on its own. And so far so good. Of course since I started curezone my eating habits have improved too and drinking more water.
I am glad you liked page 109, I like it when you can get views from different people, because we all have different preferences. The only thing I have ever used is Oxypowder since they were the first ones with capsules. So I never tried colosan or homozon because I did not want to bother with mixing stuff. I like to have things easy. So I don't know about what works better. In the beginning the Oxypowder did not have germanium in it and after they added it I checked with Andreas if that was ok, he said yes. Sometimes they keep adding other supplements and you are not sure if it is good or bad.
I have tried just psyllium capsules and for 4 days colonix, but I don't like to have all that fiber in me. Other people feel the opposite and don't like the liquefying of the Oxypowder .
I have never done colonics, but I do use a colema board once in awhile. The good thing about the oxypowder is that it also cleans the small intestines, what the colonic does not do.
So I am still using oxypowder as maintenance like they say you can. And since I started reading the oxygen and Cancer Forum I am even more happy with the oxypowder because when your intestines are clean the oxygen gets released in your body.
As it is I started taking some baths with 3% hydrogen peroxide to get more oxygen in my body.
As far as all the cleanses go there are always pros and cons, I would think the only product of which I have never heard anything bad is Triphala.
I have it in the house but never used it.
