Yes. My method of cleansing is different than yours (sort of an oxygen powder, with lemon juice) but I thought that it was simply broken pieces of bowel plaque. Oxygen seems to 'melt' or break up plaque, to me.

However, I suspect that I have a long way to go, due to very round tummy. (Sigh.)

How interesting that you had emotional clearing with zapping!

My few experiences with emotional clearing, on my own, taught me that they don't require examination, just a brief release. Then one sees the good person within, and can get on with life.
