Great information to know! THanks so much! I will give it a try. I would rather have the runs rather than constipation anyday! By the way, this may sound dumb but What is peristalsis? I will read the link you sent me when i have more time; and may have more questions later if you don't mind, but I have to go for now. THANKS AGAIN!!!
