The Bio-Cleanse I use (with lemon juice) isn't habit-forming, as I've been told, and as I have experienced.

It seems to work by producing oxygen which 'scrubs' the whole intestinal area, without creating the spasms which are characteristic of 'laxatives', I believe.

It also seems to 'melt' the deposits, etc. that I am glad to be rid of.

My only suggestion is to slow down a bit, go for a period of time without cleansing, if you get any evidence of overly fast cleansing, anywhere in the body.

Lately, I've been taking it once a day for a few days in a row. On an empty stomach, one hour before eating. Then I skip a day or two.

I may go without it entirely for a while, if that seems like a good idea, or I may take it more often, if I feel I can tolerate it and I want to cleanse more deeply/quickly.

I, too, had your concerns, Seven Souls. But I find this product the most useful I have ever tried.

I buy mine locally, but apparently it comes through Advanced Health Products.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!
