Hi all,

am researching effective methods of colon cleansing and thought I might give Oxypowder a go. However I read that they recommend continuous use of Oxypowder as maintenance, which is something I am not sure about; I want something to make my bowels working properly after I stop using it, and Oxypowder sounds like a laxative cleanse to me.

Any long time experimenters caring to reassure me / disagree? :)
