Typically colonix induces BMs in a softer way so it shouldn't hold you up on whatever you are doing at that time. Kleri Tea is what stimulates the BM and this typically is taken before bed. Early to mid morning next day you just get the urge to go. Fiber and paranil are taken in the morning upon waking up. I would take the tea before you go to bed whenever that time is.
